Hands Experiences Thailand (HET) is a newly established touring company in Thailand that was created to support the charity, Hands Across the Water. HET curates memorable cycling experiences across Thailand and, in doing so, positively impacts the lives of hundreds of underprivileged children. With a diverse suite of day tour options, HET caters to a wide range of preferences and can even customise routes and packages to create a bespoke experience for you.

The Team

Leading these experiences are general manager Nunn, a long-time bike rider with Hands Across the Water, and his partner Nicha, a licensed tour guide. Together, this team is ready to offer a unique experience with a beautiful purpose: supporting kids in Thailand to live a life of choice, not chance.

Nunn

General Manager

  • Nunn is the General Manager of Hands Experiences Thailand. He leads and manages the overall operations of the company, including the development and implementation of strategic plans, managing organisational resources, hiring and overseeing staff, managing finances and budgeting, developing marketing and advertising strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    He is originally from Hua-Hin City where The Hands Across The Water started to ride the charity bike ride that allowed Nunn to join the ride as a tour leader In 2017

Nicha

Business Development and Marketing Manager

  • Nicha is the Business Development and Marketing Manager of Hands Experiences Thailand. She is from Phetchaburi Province, Thailand, and joined Hands Experiences Thailand at its launch in early 2023. She and her team are dedicated to developing the company’s brand recognition and expanding both back-end and front-end networks.

    With a strong background in business development and sales, Nicha plays a key role in building partnerships with affiliate companies and promoting the unique cycling and cultural experiences offered by the company. She is responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, and coordinating with partners to ensure seamless collaboration. Nicha also supports tours by overseeing recreation and guest experiences, making sure every program is memorable and reflects the company’s commitment to quality and purpose.

    Beyond her professional role, Nicha is passionate about creating meaningful connections through travel and supporting the mission of Hands Across the Water to provide life-changing opportunities for children and communities in Thailand.

Am

Licensed Tour Guide Manager

  • My name is Am. I grew up at Baan Home Hug in Yasothon Province, where I was nurtured with love, received a good education, and had a safe place to call home. I graduated with a degree in Business English in 2021 and discovered my passion for tourism.

    When COVID-19 struck, like many others, my plans were disrupted. Instead of giving up, I returned to Home Hug, dedicating my time to caring for younger children and supporting administrative and translation work between Hands and the home I once lived in.

    In May 2024, I joined Hands Experiences Thailand to train as a tour guide. I moved to Phang-nga for a one-year training program, and in December, I proudly earned my Southern Tour Guide License. My first solo tour, “Peter’s Run to Remember,” in December 2024, was a big challenge that I embraced with heart, dedication, and a smile.

    Today, I’m excited to continue growing as a guide, supporting Hands, and giving back to the home that shaped me.
